Heart of Gold: Alluvial Loose Eyeshadow

I've done this once at Bathurst which is probably the closest and most renowned place for gold near Sydney but it's still 3 hours away!
Instead if you're the type to watch car racing how about going to the Bathurst 1000 (yep, 1000 km of car racing on what's officially a road but is more like a race track up a hill) and then a detour to its tourist mining centres? Just a suggestion...

Here's the description:

*When the stream calls your name bring your pan to the specks of gold among the river stones.*

Searching for gold in streams by panning was a traditional way of obtaining gold. By removing the top layers of stones and moving the pan in a circular motion the gold settles to the bottom.

A lovely mid green base with gold metallic sheen.

Love Porcelaine.
